Gatorade vs PowerBar vs GU

Still not back at school so still no beach pictures. Probably not til the end of the week.

Ran this morning for about 30 minutes, walked the last five minutes home. It was hot and humid again. I should have left earlier. The hills at home are killer because I'm so used to running on the flatness around school.

But the real reason I'm writing up this quick post is because the story that I mentioned I was writing way in the beginning of summer comparing the five hundred million things runners (and other endurance athletes too) can use to help in there training (i.e. Clif Bars, Gels, Jelly Belly Sports Beans, etc.) finally was released on the wire and a couple papers have started to run it.
