Pumping Iron

I did it! I finally got over my fear of the weight room (sorta!) and lifted this morning. Upper body only because I wanted to give the legs a rest, they were feeling a little drained.

I hit the free weights for bis, tris, shoulders, chest and back. I'm not too sore, but I think I will be a little bit more tomorrow.

  2. Good job. I'm a lot more comfortable doing weights now than I was when I started. With practice, I feel like I know what I'm doing and I'm okay with my wimpy weights and it's actually something that I look forward to now.

  3. I did a gym workout class with weights today for the first time today too!! how funny! It feels fantastic now, doesn't it?
