Sweat to Street #1

by - Sunday, March 04, 2012

Some of my favorite blog ladies started a new Sunday feature called Sweat to Street Sundays.

Sweat-to-Street-Sundays-for-Em
Sweat to Street has been created as a place to link up your favorite outfits of the week as a new Sunday blog feature. The idea is to have some fun and change it up! Each week we encourage you to post one workout outfit and one outfit you wore that isn’t fitness related. (Image and description from Samantha!)

I'm hardly a fashionista, so I can't say I'll play along every week, but I think it would be fun every once in a while.

My sweat outfit for the week was an old stand by.

I wore this last Monday on my run when it was in the 60's and sunny.

Booty shorts: New Balance
Race shirt: Under Armour
Compression Sleeves: Zensah

And my "street" outfit for the week:

Emily, me, Laurie and Amy

This is what I wore to the St. Paddy's Day bar crawl I went on with my friends yesterday.

Skinny jeans: Department store (couldn't tell you which one)
Sweater: Target
Black cami: A million years old, no clue where it's from
Awesomely obnoxious shamrock necklace: Borrowed from Amy

I'm pretty sure I'm the only partly Irish girl who doesn't own anything green.

Also, I never understand why St. Patrick's day bar crawl events happen many weeks before actual St. Patrick's day. It makes absolutely zero sense to me.
