I always loved going in the wind tunnel and watching everyone's hair (and skirts! yikes!) go crazy.

I've thought about doing an Ironman sometime in my life, but I don't really swim or bike regularly, so it would take some definite baby steps to get there...if ever. Plus you have to volunteer at an ironman event (at least an ironman branded event) to get in the registration line the next day for an ironman. So if he's willing to try some sprints in 2009, a half iron in 2010 + volunteer/register, then he can do a full ironman event in 2011.

if he's actually willing to make that much commitment (and you are too) then you can totally do it. It just takes a lot longer than you might expect.

This is my second year training, i'm doing a half iron in november, and i have no aspirations to do a full ironman. that might change after i do a half, but for now i'll be happy with 70.3 miles.Carolina Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14834384961037080805noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25824302.post-39025890217166510722009-04-27T09:57:00.000-04:002009-04-27T09:57:00.000-04:00I will remind BF for you :-) You can do an Ironma...I will remind BF for you :-) You can do an Ironman, and don't worry, you have plenty of time to think about it!!Weshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11399853707178925175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25824302.post-16770842144974917642009-04-27T09:22:00.000-04:002009-04-27T09:22:00.000-04:00Maryland Day is always SO much fun!
