You will get better but get it worked on soon! Maybe you just want to slow it d...I agree with Wes. Maybe you just want to slow it down a bit with a lot of walking?! Don't worry about the miles. I have definitely done that before and landed myself into severe runner depression. No fun. Rest and heal up!
