And it sucks right now because I can't run and I'm using eating as a substitute to get the 'happy chemicals' in my brain that I'm missing from not running...and it's counterproductive!Lisahttp://chasinbunnies.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25824302.post-67275680178741547592012-12-05T08:38:26.000-05:002012-12-05T08:38:26.000-05:00oh yea! I try to remember when have a bad day that that cookie or glass(es) of wine won't help, but it doesn't work. In the end, I also try not to beat myself up about it. I think it all balances out. Glad to hear you had a good weekend.Sarahhttp://goingongoals.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25824302.post-26997667779921180592012-12-05T11:48:37.000-05:002012-12-05T11:48:37.000-05:00I emotion eat, but I also do something weird as we...I emotion eat, but I also do something weird as well. On days I work out, I only want to eat healthy stuff. You'd think that since I worked out I'd feel ok eating junk since I burned those calories. Not so much. It's only on non workout days, when I haven't burned any calories, that my body says "Give me fatty food"!Runner Dadhttp://therunnerdad.comnoreply@blogger.com
