So I'd check with local gyms if you want to go that route. Also both ACE and AFAA (I'm certified through AFAA) offer review courses and then the chance to take their exam. Check their websites (afaa.com and I assume ace.com...but I'm not 100% sure)and I'm sure you can find more specific details.Jess https://www.blogger.com/profile/04319493454447862771noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25824302.post-79443926405593274542007-06-07T18:34:00.000-04:002007-06-07T18:34:00.000-04:00how did you get certified to teach classes like th...how did you get certified to teach classes like that at the gym?

-kAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25824302.post-65074526771129651012007-06-06T17:58:00.000-04:002007-06-06T17:58:00.000-04:00Congrats on having a great run.For products, it wo...Congrats on having a great run.

For products, it would be nice to see a comparison between Gu and PowerBar Gel. I think Gu tastes better but I noticed recently that PowerBar Gel has a lot more salt, which is probably a good thing on a hot day.

Another interesting product is Hornet Juice. I'm not sure where you can get it. It's not like Gatorade. Rather, it purports to stimulate fat consumption. Sounds like possible snake oil...Joehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03602182138078986641noreply@blogger.com
