My favorite section is the part that deals with race fears. I used to be so afraid I'd come in last at races that I only signed up for huge races that accepted walkers, knowing they would definitely finish after me no matter how slow I ran.

Marathon Running Chart
Guys I am a major infographic nerd, so when I came across this cool chart on marathon running, I had to share it.
