Cooking Challenge

Part of my New Year's Resolution for 2010 was to start cooking more. I challenged myself to make one meal each week at home. Things like a bowl of cereal and PBnJ didn't count. To qualify my meal had to require more than pouring cereal and milk into a bowl.

Part of my goal was to make sure my meals include as many fresh and organic (when affordable) as possible.
